In 2016, we organised a 7-day unbroken Akhanda Meditation for Unity. After this, participants felt their personal practice had deepened, they felt more connected and this collective practice helped to alleviate the sense of helplessness felt in what is a fast changing world. Akhanda meditation reminds us we are part of a bigger whole and meditation is a journey to harmony, joy and love… it’s a journey to your Self.
We invite you to join us again this year by contributing at least 30 minutes or more meditation towards the 7-day calendar. The meditation practice can be done anywhere and be your usual meditative practice. All we ask is you commit to meditate for the time you volunteer. Your practice becomes part of the group Akhanda Meditation practice.
