Autumn Meditation classes 19 September 2014

Autumn is probably my favourite season for meditation. My mind tends to be more alert at this time of year. For the advanced class, there will be a review of various practices that we have been doing over the last couple of years and an introduction to advanced pranayama practices. i would hope that we will be able to sit and be with the practice for at least 45 minutes. Looking forward to seeing you on the 19 September.
