Café Upanishad is a place for discussion, teaching and practice of the spiritual and philosophical gems from India, over a cup of chai, coffee and cake.

Commencing with the esoteric Sri Sukta, “a hymn of inner and outer prosperity” on the 4th,11th & 18th November at 5:15pm – 6:30pm (drinks and cake served from 5pm).

Learn to recite, imbibe and understand the multi layered Sri Sukta, a cluster of 16 mantras from the Rg Veda dedicated to the divine mother as Sri. Sri Sukta is at the very heart of Sri Vidya tantra with Sri Chakra as its embodiment.
