India January 2015; Started in Delhi visited a very ancient (and forgotton) Bhairav Mandir, then to Varanasi, the abode of Siva. An early morning boat ride on the Ganges river with the famous ghats as the view on what I found to be one of the main auspicious bathing days of the year.

Then to Sarnath, where Buddha first moved the wheel of dharma and first taught the four noble truths. Pictures also include Buddhists from different cultures chanting in the direction of the gigantic Stuppa erected to Buddha by Ashoka (304-232BC). It was neat listening to all the different types of chanting. The pictures are a catalogue of the journey. Ended up at the ashram in Khajuraho .....
